Darshan Singh Puran Singh is son of deceased no. 2 viz. Puran Singh Bhan Singh. It is noted that petitioner no. 1 is wife of deceased no. 1 and daughter in law of deceased no. 2. The petitioner no. 2 is son of deceased no. 2 and brother of deceased no. 1. Advocate for the petitioner is directed to carry out correction at para no. 6 with respect to word "her" which will be replaced by word "his". He will upload the corrected version and he will get it approved. Reverification is dispensed with.

Advocate for the petitioner is directed to carry out correction in para no. 7 of the petition in the schedule of legal heirs where the wife of the deceased no. 1 viz. Manmohan Kaur Darshan Singh who is petitioner no. 1, her name will be incorporated as one of the legal heir of deceased no. 2 being daughter in law of the decease no. 2 and wife of the deceased no. 1 viz Manmohan Kaur Darshan Singh.

2 TP Advocate for the petitioner to carry out correction at para no. 9 of the petition with respect to share of the petitioner no. 1 in the estate of the deceased no. 2. Advocate for the petitioner request reverification may be dispensed with. The said request is accepted. Advocate for the petitioner will upload the corrected version and he will get it approved. Reverification is dispensed with. Advocate for the petitioner will carry out all the necessary corrections into the petition and will upload the corrected version. He will get it approved before the next date. Reverification is dispensed with.
