Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, the reverification stands dispensed with. However, Ld. advocate for the petitioner to initial the said amendment. However, it is directed that the petitioner to make detail and complete averment about the legal heirs of the deceased.
