This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shobha Singh w/o. Binoy Kumar Singh being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Binoy Kumar Singh said to be died intestate at Delhi on 06.12.2013. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pan Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Father of deceased since deceased the deceased, who died on 09.01.2015. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond are filed. Delay is explained in para No. 10 of the petition. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
