I have perused the Petition as well as Will annexed to the petition. It has been observed that the averment of the Attesting Witness in para Nos. 4 and 5 with respect to the attesting the documents differs.

2. As Attesting Witness namely Vikas Vinayak Patnekar has affixed his signature on each page of the Will as well as at the execution clause of the Will i.e. at the foot of Testamentary document / Will, whereas in his Affidavit he stated that he has signed as "V. V. Patnekar" at the foot of the Will and on each page he put his initial as "V. V. P.". The statement in Affidavit of Attesting Witness differs to the Will. Hence, Ld. Advocate for petitioner to satisfy the same.
