This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vinay Keshav Apte being son of deceased. Deceased namely Pramila Keshav Apte said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 03.05.2004. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Affidavit of petitioner dated 20.08.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased is annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one married daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and married daughter has given her consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 02.12.2024 and Administration Bond dated 27.02.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
