While finalising the grant in TP No. 4834 of 2024, it has been observed that there is a cross testamentary petition (L) 36507 of 2024 filed for the probate of last will and testament dated 04.10.2017 of late Nalinkumar Mohanbhai Patel by KIRITBHAI BABUBHAI PATEL alias KIRITBHAI BABUBHAI DUDHAT being the joint executor in the last Will and Testament of the deceased dated 4.10.2017.

Advocate for the petitioner has to obtain necessary directions from the Hon'ble Court since the office cannot proceed to issue final grant since there is cross petition filed.
