1. Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that properties mentioned in the schedule-I of the petition are held by the deceased No. 1 and 2 indecently. He further submits that deceased No. 1 and 2 had not held any property jointly. Hence, in this regard, it is to be ascertained that whether in such circumstances, one petition can be filed. Hence, the petitioner to take necessary steps in this regard and seek directions from the Hon'ble Court.
