P.C.: 1. Perused the petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. While finalizing the grant office has raised objection i.e. corrected version of the petition is not uploaded. Hence, today this matter placed on Board.

2. Advocate for petitioner submits that her original Testamentary Petition No. 4846 of 2024 is misplaced and not traceable. Therefore, she can't carried out the corrections as per order dated 24.01.2025.

3. Advocate for petitioner to carry out correction in certified copy of the petition and upload the corrected version of the petition. Since, the original petition is misplaced. The said permission tobe obtain from the Competent Authority i.e. Prothonotary and Senior Master as per Rule 371 of the High Court, Original Side Rules.
