TP/4850/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Shrushti Vishwakarma i/b. Yogesh Dandekar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Haresh Kumar Jamnadas Parekh and Heena Bharat Parekh being son and daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Jamnadas Girdhardas Parekh died intestate at Mumbai on 25.04.2003. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Bharatkumar Parekh died on 01.07.2024 as per exhibit - "C" annexed to the petition leaving behind his widow. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter-in-law who are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
