2. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order if petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded within 03 days from the date of amendment.

3. After caring out the amendment, petitioner to furnish administration bond for gross amount as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 and comply issuance of Notice to Collector as per the Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

3. After compliance department may list the matter for verification after compliance of the requisitions.

4. Removed from the board.
