Upon perusal of the petition, it is noticed that in this matter, order for grant is already passed 17.02.2025 and the office had raised objection for issuance of grant. The objection is with regard to the share of petitioner not stated correctly in the petition. Ld. Advocate for petitioner has not yet corrected the petition though e-mail is sent to that effect to the Advocate for petitioner.

2. By way of last chance twelve weeks time is granted for removal of office objections in this matter, failing which the matter will be placed before the Hon'ble Court for dismissal of the petition under Rule 435 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.
