Hence, petitioner to state about these properties and take steps about the legatees who are entitled to receive the property.

2. Petitioner to file administration bond for gross amount as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420, file affidavit of service as per Rule 397 and comply issuance of Notice to collector as per Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980.
