TP/4906/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Saurabh Jain, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ajay Sarat Chandra Karmakar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Sarat Chandra Karmakar died intestate at Howrah, West Bengal on 02.12.1976. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 09.10.2023 is filed for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Prasanta died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by his two daughters and two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.09.2025 and Administration Bond 12.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
