1. Perused the Petition. While finalizing the grant office has found cross petition i.e. TP-41-2016 for the deceased no. 3 viz. Oswald Samuel Anchan, hence present petition is placed on today's board.

2. Advocate for petitioner submits that in para no. 14 of the petition, she already explained about the filing of the earlier petition no. TP-412016 filed for Letters of Administration of property credits of deceased viz. Oswald Samuel Anchan.

3. Advocate for petitioner submits that the Authorities before whom the Letters of Administration was produced to declaring in the name of the petitioner, since the new securities were jointly found in the name of deceased no. 1 and 2 alongwith deceased no. 3. The Letters of Administration was issued only in favour of the deceased no. 3, hence the concern Authorities denied for the transaction the property in favour of the petitioner, hence petitioner has filed the present petition.

Advocate for petitioner submits that Deceased No. 1 and 2 were properties jointly held with the Deceased No. 3, some time Deceased No. 1 and 3 properties held with Deceased No. 2 and some time deceased no. 2 and 3 properties held with Deceased No. 1. After considering the facts and submissions of the Advocate for petitioner, the present petition proceed ahead and office to proceed with grant as per order dated 18.01.2025.
