1. While dictating the order, it is noticed that, vide order dated 28.01.2025, petitioner was permitted to state about the mother of the since deceased husband of the deceased. However, petitioner has made an averment about the parents of the deceased. Hence, Petitioner to take steps to carryout an amendment as per the order dated 28.01.2025. For that purpose time to carryout an amendment as per above referred order is hereby extended by further three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Hence, adjourned.
