In a Will, many places it is mentioned that, - 400003) with WILL/1961/2024 WITH TP/5218/2024 (AMH20240009929C202 "Survivor of Mrs Shilpa Mohan Bhonsle i.e. Mohan Dhundiram Bhonsle (Husband). After him only beneficiary for 100% share will be their Elder daughter Mrs. Sheetal Devendra Pednekar."

Such wording or wording with slight changes are appearing in the Will. Hence, the petitioner to explain about these wording.

Furthermore, the Petitioner to state that how properties are bequeathed to predeceased husband, can be part of the present petition.
