Petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition, in terms of the suggested amendment, stated in the said praecipe, dated 06.10.2025 (amendment in the total amount of the Schedule-I of the petition). Proposed amendment is appeared to be relevant. Hence, submission is accepted. Petitioner to carry out an amendment withing period of 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Consequential amendment, if any, stands allowed. Furthermore, in case of online petition, the petitioner to upload the amended petition, within period of 05 days from the date of amendment. Upon filing an additional affidavit by the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, the reverification, if any, stands dispensed with. However, Ld. advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.

In respect of the administration Bond, the petitioner may file the additional Administration Bond for the deficit Amount, which is required to be executed vide Rule 420 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Alternative, the existing administration bond may be corrected and same shall be initialed by the petitioner, surety and Notary concern, before whom, parties have signed the same.
