This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Gaurav Prakash Madiman being grandson of deceased. Deceased namely Jagannath Sadashiv Lele died intestate at Mumbai on 09.01.1995. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 04.05.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased. Daughter of deceased namely Uma Madiman died on 02.03.2019 leaving behind one son and one daughter. Deceased was survived by one grandson and granddaughter. Out of them grandson is petitioner herein and granddaughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.01.2024 and Administration Bond dated 07.01.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
