1. Petitioner to correct the amount in administration bond as same is not filed for the gross amount as per the form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary.

2. The petitioner to take steps as to averment about the mother of Tryabak (since deceased Husband of the testatrix).

3. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 29.1.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition for making an averment about the mother of the deceased as per the praecipe. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.
