1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that on 29.01.2025 amendment was allowed to make an averment about the mother of the deceased. However, averment is to be stated about the mother of the husband of the deceased. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. Submission is accepted. Hence, in order dated 29.01.2025, petitioner is permitted to make an averment about the mother of the husband of the deceased.
