1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a precipice dated 12.12.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the schedule-I of the property in respect of the property by adding the property at serial no. 3. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.

2. Petitioner to carryout an amendment as well as consequential amendments within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. After carrying out the amendment, petitioner to file administration bond as per the form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 and comply issuance of Notice to Collector as per Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.
