1. Read praecipe dated 18303.2025, heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner, petitioner is willing to amend the schedule-I of the petition in place of "NA", it is necessary to grant the petition, however, petitioner to take proper precaution while carrying out the amendment in the schedule, so that, no further complication will be raised. However, proper amendment will help the dept. to issue proper and complete grant, in addition to that, there will no need to seek clarification again and again. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.
