1. Perused affidavit of service dated 18.03.2025 uploaded on 20.03.2025. It appears that the citation was not lodged with the office of the Sheriff of this Court for effecting service on non-consenting legal heirs, as per the provisions of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980.

2. Hence, petitioner to satisfy that such service is proper as per the Rules.

3. Furthermore, petitioner to point out that he has obtained the permission from the Hon'ble Court to serve the citation personally without lodging it to the office of the Sheriff, upon the non-consenting legal heirs. Hence, adjourned.
