TP/5017/2024 (E-filing) Pravin Kadam, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nirmala Chandulal Ghelani being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Ghelani Chandubhai Harjivandas died intestate at Mumbai on 24.11.1997. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 21.08.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.01.2025 and Administration Bond dated 15.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
