1. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner in respect of the praecipe dated 22.01.2025.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner No. 1 is entitled for the property left by the deceased No. 1 to 4, which was held by them jointly. However, the petitioner No. 2 is entitled to the property held by the deceased No. 4 only. Hence, by this praecipe he seeks permission to amend the petition, as prayed for.

Considering this issue and complicity, it would be proper to go through the relevant provisions and the law along with the practice in this regard. Hence, adjourned for the order on the practice dated 22.01.2025. The office is directed to produce the said praecipe, dated 22.11.2025 on the scheduled date.
