1. Ld. advocate for the petitioner has moved a praecipe dated 07.03.2025 and thereby seeks permission to delete the deceased No.04.

2. The petition is filed for grant of letters of administration of the properties held by (i) Anthony Francis Louis alias Anthony Francis Luis alias Anthony Francis Louise, (ii) Esperance Anthony Louis alias Isfrans Anthoni Louis alias Rosy Anthony Lewis, (iii) Bestiao Anthony Louis alias Bestiao Anthony Lewis alias Lewis Bestiao Jack (died as a bachelor), (iv) Michael Anthony Louis alias Michael Fransis Luis alias Frances Mikal Anthony Lowis.

3. The deceased No. 1 and 2 were husbandWife. The deceased No.2 was the son of the deceased No. 1 and 2, died bachelor. The deceased no. 4 is the son of the deceased no. 1 and 2, died married.

4. It appears that the petitioner No. 2 is entitled for the Grant of Letters of Administration of all deceased No. 1 to 4, however, the petitioner No. 1 is entitled to grant of letters of administration only in respect of the deceased No. 1 to 3.

5. Hence, issuance of the grant to the Petitioner No. 1 will amounting him authorizing him to administer the property of the deceased No.

4, as well. Hence, the petitioner to takeout the necessary chamber order to make suitable Changes in the petition, either removing the Petitioner or the deceased, as the case may be.
