Advocate for petitioners. In the order dated 22.01.2025 passed by my predecessor, there is reference to the cross petition being TPL No. 36458 of 2024. Ld. Advocate for petitioner points out that the said petition stood rejected under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980 by an order dated 09.12.2025.

2. Mr. Patel, Advocate for petitioner in TPL No. 36458 of 2024 states that they are in process of filing of the Chamber Order for restoration of the petition.
