The petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of Rule 420 in form No. 118 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Therefore, the petitioner to correct the bond and after having initialed the correction by the petitioner, surety and notary, same shall be uploaded in the CIS. The petitioner to take steps to carry out an inventory of the Locker, mentioned in the Schedule-I of the petition, by following due procedure laid down by the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 in this regard.
