1. Petitioner to correct the amount in administration bond and file same for gross amount as per the form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980 and re-upload the administration bond. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary.

2. Petitioner to satisfy that how widow and children of nephew of the deceased can be the legal heirs of the deceased as per Rule 3 of Section 16 r/w Section 8, 9 and 10 as well as per provisions of order II entry-IV of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. petitioner to take steps to correct the information about the legal heirs of the deceased.

3. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that she has not yet received the official translation of the Will. However, she has filed the affidavit in regards to the translation of the Will.

4. Petitioner to file additional affidavit in respect of the para no. 8 and 11 of the attesting witness and petitioner to comply Rule 383 along with the form no. 102 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Hence, adjourned.
