Petitioner to correct the second date and amount in administration bond and execute the bond for gross amount as per the form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980 and re-upload the same. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary.

It appears that original consent affidavit does not contain the contents about explaining the contents of consent affidavit to the mother of the deceased, which appears on the top of the uploaded consent affidavit. Hence, the uploaded affidavit is not as per the Original Affidavit, which Ld. Advocate has at this juncture. It is against provision of Rule 10.5 of the "e-Filing Rules of the High Court of Bombay 2022". Furthermore, if such contains are required then the petitioner has not followed the Rule 203 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980. Hence, in such circumstances, the petitioner to follow Rule 203 of the Bombay High court (O. S.) Rules, 1980 and take steps accordingly or file additional affidavit, as the case may be. Hence, adjourned.
