TP/5062/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Nimish Acharekar i/b. Sachin Masurkar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kuleen Anandji Khona being son of deceased. Deceased namely Anandji Nathubhai Khona died intestate at Mumbai on 18.01.2004. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased died on 04.01.2020. Deceased was survived by six sons and four daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.12.2024 and Administration Bond dated 28.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
