Upon perusal of the petition, it has been observed that consent Affidavits on behalf of minor children namely Navyendu Nitin Soni and Krish Nitin Soni are filed on their respective names and signed by petitioner being mother and natural guardian.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that he will file fresh Consent Affidavit of petitioner as mother and natural guardian, on behalf of the said minor children. Ld. Advocate for petitioner further submits that petitioner is residing out of India and request for time. The said request is accepted and time is granted.
