TP/5111/2024 Ms. Pratiksha Koshe i/b. Divekar Bhagwat, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Bhargav Vamanrao Chhatrapati, Rohit Vamanrao Chhatrapati and Rekha Bhupendra Mehta nee Rekha Vamanrao Chhatrapati being brothers and sister of deceased. Deceased namely Daksha Vamanrao Chhatrapati died intestate at Mumbai on 29.04.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 10.10.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as spinster. Deceased was survived by two brothers and one sister who all are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 06.05.2025 is filed. As all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
