TP/5114/2024 (E-filing) Ms. Namrata Rayate i/b. Madhuri Gaikwad, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Dr. Roysuneel Vasudev Patankar and Dr. Dipti Joymilind Patankar being son and daughter-in-law of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Dr. Saroj Vasudev Patankar died intestate at Mumbai on 16.12.1983. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioners have filed Affidavit dated 23.07.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The said Affidavit is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Joymilind Patankar died leaving behind his widow, one son and two daughters. Deceased was survived by one son (petitioner No.), daughter-in-law (petitioner No.2), two grandsons and one granddaughter and remaining legal heirs have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 30.11.2024 and Administration Bond dated 20.02.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
