1. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that in the order dated 15.04.2025 only amendment has been granted with respect to the legal heir mentioned at Sr. No. 2(H)(1). However, in the praecipe amendment was sought in respect of the heirs mentioned at sr. No.2(H)(1) to (3). Submission is accepted. The petitioner is allowed to amend the petition in terms of the praecipe referred in the order dated 15.04.2025, in respect of the legal heirs mentioned at Sr. No. 2(H)(1) to 2(H)(3) as prayed in the referred praecipe. The office to issue citation to these non-consenting legal heirs within two weeks from the date of amendment. Amendment to be carried out on the same terms and condition, as per order dated 15.04.2025.
