Advocate for petitioner submits that one of the Executor of the Will namely Lakshmi Murali, is not willing to execute the said Will inspite of repeated request made to her for signing the Affidavit of renouncing his rights of Executorship. She further submits that the said Executor has refused to act as an Executor.
