TP/5120/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Nandkishor Supal i/b. Divya Shah Associates, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner has filed praecipe dated 26.06.2024 requesting for permission to withdraw the original death certificate. Ld. Advocate for petitioner states that the Affidavit of petitioner dated 23.06.2025 is filed on record stating therein that the deceased Sobhag Raichand Haria has expired at Wet Minister, UK and they have issued only one original death certificate and the same is required to be produced before various other authorities. Petitioner further requested to permit him to tender notarized copy of death certificate on record. However, the petitioner has not given undertaking to this Hon'ble Court that he will produce the original death certificate as and when required by this Hon'ble Court.

2. In view of the above, petitioner is permitted to take back the original death certificate subject to two conditions that on furnishing notarized copy of death certificate certified as true copy by the Advocate on record and Petitioner undertakes to submit the original death certificate as and when required by this Hon'ble Court in the form of Affidavit.
