This Locker is Jointly held on Either/or survival basis with the husband Dr. Bhaskar Bhatt of the deceased. Advocate for the petitioner submits that she will make necessary averment into the petition with respect to the same. As per the procedure inventory of the locker is required to be conducted. Advocate for the petitioner will take out application for inventory of the said locker. Advocate for the petitioner request 4 weeks time to get the compliance done.
