2. Upon perusing of the petition and Will, it has been found that Will has signed by the deceased in Gurajati language and at the time of execution of the Will, deceased was 78 years of old. Hence, in the said Will no where mentioned that the said Will was explained and identified by deceased as the Will is in English language. There is no endorsement with respect to the said explanation / translated / interpreted of the said Will to the deceased.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that he will seeks necessary instructions from the petitioner.
