This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sarojdevi Mohanlal Daga being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Mohanlal Ramchandra Daga died intestate at Pune on 24.11.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow, two daughters and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and both the daughters and son have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Joint Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.11.2025 and Administration Bond dated 30.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
