This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ravi Rajendra Shah being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Anita Patra died intestate at Mumbai on 17.03.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Upon perusal of the petition, it is noticed that Class I legal heirs are not mentioned properly in the petition. Petitioner claims to be husband of deceased and marriage certificate to that effect is annexed as Exhibit - "D" to the petition. However, as regards the issue of deceased no averment to that effect. Advocate to take steps accordingly.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond are not filed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when matter is ready for grant. Hence, remove from board.
