This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ravi Rajendra Shah being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Anita Patra died intestate at Mumbai on 17.03.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Upon perusal of the petition, it is noticed that legal heirs of deceased are not mentioned in para No. 5 of the petition.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond are not filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
