This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ravi Rajendra Shah being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Anita Patra died intestate at Mumbai on 17.03.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. 2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by husband who is petitioner herein. Petitioner claims to be husband of deceased and marriage certificate to that effect is annexed as Exhibit - "D" to the petition. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 07.08.2025 are filed. Publication dated 18.06.2025. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
