1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 07.02.2025 and thereby seeks permission to delete the name of the Vikram Mansukhani as he has died on 14.01.2025. Praecipe is allowed. In view of the death certificate of the Vikram, re-verification is dispensed with. Petitioner to upload the copy of the death certificate in the CIS.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment as well as consequential amendments within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded within 05 days from the date of amendment.
