1. in a Will, the properties is bequeathed to the Rajendra his family. The Rajednra has filed a petition. However, family members of said Rajendra, who are also legatees or beneficiary under the Will. Therefore, the petitioner to file consent affidavit of other family members.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that some time is required to comply the requisitions as per Provisions of the Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Hence, the petition is adjourned at request of Ld. advocate.
