Read praecipe dated 17.07.2025 and thereby submitted that in order dated 02.07.2025 name of the attesting witness is mentioned as "Bhavesh Bhat" instead of "Bhavesh Bhatt" and in para no. 10, name of the one of the Legatee is written as "Prathamesh Bhatt" instead of "Prathamesh Rajendra Bhatt" and from "Sonal Bhatt" to "Sonal Rajendra Bhatt". These names may be corrected.

2. In order dated 02.07.2025, name of the attesting witness in paragraph No. 8 is corrected and same to be read as "Bhavesh Bhatt" instead of Bhavesh Bhat and in para no. 10 names of the legatees are corrected by adding middle name of these two persons and same to be read as "Prathamesh Rajendra Bhatt" instead of "Prathamesh Bhatt" and "Sonal Rajendra Bhatt" instead of "Sonal Bhatt".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 02.07.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
