Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that after the death of her husband namely testatrix executed another Will. Hence, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to ensure that there is no bar to execute such Will, as per the Law.

Petitioner to file administration bond for gross amount as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

Petitioner to take steps to amend the title of the petition as per the Section 242 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Thereafter, amending the title citation to be issued to the non-consenting legal heirs of the deceased. Petitioner to comply requisitions as per Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

Furthermore, petitioner to justify the share of non-consenting legal heirs. Hence, adjourned. 5.
