TP/5155/2024 (E-filing) Mr. B. G. Saraf, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Kaushik Sumanlal Vakharia being son of deceased. Deceased namely Sumanlal Kantilal Vakharia died intestate at Gujarat 24.06.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased died on 09.08.2001. Deceased had two sons and three daughters. Daughter of deceased namely Smita Vipul Shah died on 15.11.2021, leaving behind one son and one daughter. Deceased was survived by two sons, two daughters, one grandson and one granddaughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 28.11.2024 and Administration Bond dated 09.01.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
