Heard Mr. Gupta, learned Advocate for Petitioners. 2.
This is a Petition is filed as a Composite Petition seeking Letters of Administration to property and credits of deceased parents. 3.
The demand of Registry is that there must be a separate Petition filed for Letters of Administration. Both deceased persons have died intestate. Only legal heirs are the four petitioners i.e. three daughters and one son before this Court.

Once it is clear that Petitioners have inherited the shares and Petitioners who are the only legal heirs of the deceased, there can be no doubt that once they all have consented, requisition raised by Registry be dispensed with.
