Vishal Hegde appeared before me on behalf of proposed Caveators namely Shruti Kapur and Hema Kapur. She submits that she not known the relations of the said proposed Caveators with the deceased as well as legal heirs of the deceased and inspite of that, she requested time to file Caveat and also asked to serve the copy of petition to be served upon her.

2. Office is directed to serve Notice upon the Advocate for petitioner to remain present on the next adjourned date. Ld. Advocate for proposed Caveator also communicate the next date to the Advocate for petitioner.
